A specially tuned engine management ECU optimises air/fuel mixture and ignition timing for improved response and high end power; install with Meek hotside pipe, suction kit and exhaust.

ECU reflash available for EVO 4-9.  $400.00

Also some Legnum and VR4, also GSR 1.8T and Evo 1-3 - Cost dependent on ECU condition. ECU needs to be bayed and socketed $385 including mapped chip to suit.
Mapped chip to suit on it's own is $90.00
